  1. What are Frasers Centrepoint Malls (FCM) Gift Cards?
    1. FCM Gift Cards are stored value cards that may be used to pay for goods and services at Frasers Centrepoint Malls’ participating retailers.
    2. FCM Gift Cards will replace the current FCM Shopping Vouchers with effect from 21 July 2014.
  2. How can I purchase FCM Gift Cards?
    1. FCM Gift Cards are available for purchase at selected Customer Service Counters across FCM as stated below from 21 July 2014.

    2. Only debit payment is accepted for purchase of FCM Gift Cards.
  3. How much can I load to my FCM Gift Card?
    1. The FCM Gift Card(s) can be pre-loaded with a minimum value of $10 to a maximum value of $500 in $10 denominations.
  4. Where can I use the FCM Gift Cards?
    1. FCM Gift Card can be used at any participating retailer across all Frasers Centrepoint Malls as stated below.

  5. How do FCM Gift Cards work?
    1. When making any purchase at participating retailers, simply present your FCM Gift Card at the point of payment.
    2. FCM Gift Cards can be used by shoppers of all ages. There is no restriction.
    3. FCM Gift Cards can be used to make full or partial payment of goods and services at participating retailers.
    4. Should the stored value in the FCM Gift Card be insufficient to offset the purchase amount, payment for the balance amount can be made via any other mode of payment as accepted by the retailer.
    5. After the monies from the FCM Gift Card have been deducted, you will be issued a receipt stating the amount deducted and the new FCM Gift Card balance.
  6. Can I use more than one FCM Gift Card to make payment for a single purchase?
    1. Yes. Payment for a single transaction can be made with more than one FCM Gift Card.
  7. Can I reuse or top up the FCM Gift Card after the stored value is fully depleted?
    1. No. Currently the FCM Gift Card is not reloadable.
  8. How can I check the balance value of my FCM Gift Card?
    1. You can approach any participating retailer to check your FCM Gift Card balance before making payment at their store. Alternatively you may approach any of our Customer Service Personnel to check your card’s balance.
  9. When does the FCM Gift Card expire?
    1. There is no expiry for the stored value in the FCM Gift Card. However if the FCM Gift Card is unused for a span of 3 years, the FCM Gift Card will be deemed dormant and any unutilised stored value will be invalidated.
    2. Dormant FCM Gift Cards will be suspended and their values cannot be transferred to a new FCM Gift Card.
  10. Can I transfer the unutilised stored value in an active FCM Gift Card to another active FCM Gift Card?
    1. No. Transfer of value between FCM Gift Cards is not permitted. Refer to the full terms and conditions governing the use of the FCM Gift Card.
  11. Can the monies in the FCM Gift Card be converted to cash?
    1. No. Refund of used/unused FCM Gift Card is not permitted. Refer to the full terms and conditions governing the use of the FCM Gift Card.
  12. Can the FCM Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?
    1. No. Lost or stolen FCM Gift Cards will not be replaced and the unutilised value will not be reimbursed.
  13. Can the Gift Card be replaced if faulty or damaged?
    1. Yes. The FCM Gift Card can be replaced if it is faulty due to production defect, and the unutilised value will be transfer to a replacement card at no cost. However if the FCM Gift Card is damaged/mishandled (eg. defaced, scratched or bent), a replacement fee of $10 will be levied.
  14. How do I replace my faulty/damaged FCM Gift Card?
    1. Replacement of faulty FCM Gift Cards can be done at any FCM Customer Service Counter. The original faulty card must be presented at the point of replacement. The unutilised value from the faulty card will be transferred to a new replacement card for immediate use.
  15. Do FCM Gift Cards come with its own packaging?
    1. Yes, FCM Gift Cards will be presented within a FCM Gift Card sleeve. Each FCM Gift Card will have its pre-loaded stored value stated on the back of the card.
